Ask us to delete your personal data

You have the right to request that we correct incorrect information about you, or delete your personal data.

However, as outlined in our privacy policy, deletion of your personal data from our systems will not remove your data from public records.  Please note as well, that reserve the right to decline to delete your personal data from our systems, where, for example, we need to retain it in accordance with our data retention policy, or where we are required to keep it.

If you want us to delete or correct your personal data, you must tell us what personal data we hold that you want us to delete or correct (click here to find out how to do this).

We will then consider the matter, and let you know if we can delete/correct your personal data.  If this is possible, we will do so as soon as possible, but if not, we will let you know this and why.
